City Lots

The City of Howardwick periodically acquires properties that are available to purchase outside of the bidding process. We will keep an updated list here for your information.

The lots that are available must be approved by the City Council for purchase and are sold as is.

Please check back from time to time for updates to the list. Be sure to review the ordinances and zoning to insure the property can be used for what is intended.
