Red River Authority is our service provider for water in the City of Howardwick.

Their mission statement is the orderly conservation, reclamation, protection,and development of the water resources throughout the Red River Basin for the benifit of the public.

You will also fnd a link below (If Available )to view a list of locations that may possibly have a leak or are using excesssive water. No one likes suprises. We will update this list as often as we get them. Will try to do monthly.

Meters are usually read on the 1st of each month thru the 5th.
